Not sure if anyone can give me some input here.

I am using a reseller host in the USA and for some reason in php it will not display thai language on a php page even though the headers are right and on the server in the cpanel when i go to edit it it is in thai but when it displays it displays as ??? in html it dipslays perfectly.

I have tried ini_set all the iconv to utf-8 the headers are set to utf-8 this has been driving me crazy for 3 weeks now.

Any ideas what settings in the ini file needs changing??

I tried posting the url for the phpinfo(); page but as i have just joined it will not let me post urls
