I am really at a loss here guys and hope someone can help.
I configured my config.inc.php file and even uploaded the file in binary and still no luck.

I keep getting this message:

PHP script /classes/config.php is protected by phpSHIELD and requires the phpSHIELD loader phpshield.4.3.fre. The phpSHIELD loader has not been installed, or is not installed correctly. Please visit the phpSHIELD php encoder site to download required loader.

My website is spelled with all lower cases so I know it can't be that.
I have it in my root directory. I've installed Mambo and eyeos before, but I'm kinda lost on this problem. Huh

I installed phpMyAdmin 3.1.3.1 and am trying to use the server setup script (http://localhost/phpmyadmin/setup/index.php), but cannot get it to work because it does not seem to have write access to the "config" directory that I created in the "...\htdocs\phpMyAdmin\" folder as described in the documentation. I receive the following error in the setup: "Cannot load or save configuration...Please create web server writable folder config in phpMyAdmin...".
