A Banner program?

Are there free scripts where I can load on to my site and then it will track the number of impressions and also the number of click throughs etc etc? Or do I have to start from scratch and program it myself? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

If you are referring to a banner management system, then there are tons of scripts available. phpAdsNew is a good one (os).
