I need to get a marquee up on the top of all my websites that will update in emergency situations and for school cancellations. So I want to call this text from a text document on our server.
The unfortunate part is that I am limited to using freewebs for my sites so I am unable to adjust server side stuff to allow php code into html pages or even create a php page.
So the question is how do I either import a php variable into html or how to include a php section into an html page.
