Or you actually trying to start a web hosting service from your home? If so, your ISP probably ill not be able to handle the load.

My suggestion is to look into leasing a server with software that is already installed (cPanel, WHM, Apache, PHP, etc.)

Do you know how to handle this software? If not, you better grab a book!
Or you can hire a 3rd party to do your monthly maintenance, that's what I would recommend.

If you try to start a service using your home box, please, don't! =)

well it is at home but its more of my office also i have my own server now and i am going to buy some proper big servers at the biggining of the new year!

i know my way around a server and i do build websites so im ok when it comes to the software as i have used similar types before!

so WHM and CPanel is the best out there ?

what i really want is a full system even down to the site its self that i can just template up and run as time is a virture i don't have

I don't think hosting in a machine in your house will be a faesible solution since it costs u a lot. I've several reseller accounts hosted with sambahosting.com and once I have enough customers to get a dedicated server, I will go for that.
