Default Is it possible to auto create subdomains for members upon sign-up?

I would like my site to be as automated as coding will allow. Is there any code in any language that will perform an automatic subdomain creation for members upon registration to my site?

When you mean sub-domain creation, you would like you app to create an CNAME record via DNS for USERNAME.

When complete it will look like this:
USERNAME.MYSITE.COM

Is this correct?

It Is A Very Large Code and Would Cover 5 - 7 PHP Files. I Would Love To Help, but Not For That Great An Extent. The Code Would Have To Create A Listing Then Create A Sub directory and Link Thru That Then If The Visitor Was To Be Redirected then It Would Have to Auto Edit. If Not This Would Be Optional.

if you consider MyDNS, it is mysql based dns server that you can manipulate via PHP. If you configure your site correctly, you can easily accomplish this.
