i'm going to be totally honest here; i am not a coder of any sort, but between me and my companies actual coder, we make one half civilized worker, so i'm here doing the leg work while he does other products.

we have a social networking site called modelbuzz.com and are having a problem with Phishing, banned people re-creating profiles the same day and just general scamming. i'm looking for the easiest way, via either php or ajax to block a user. i'm told dsl causes some problems with tracking isp address, so is there some super sweet secret way i'm just being oblivious of?
