Help Needed Using Forms Hosting Has updated there servers

Hi

I have been told by my host that i need to include this -f parameter in my php form script but i do not know where to put it to make the form work please could someone advise me. the script is below:

-f parameter? Do they actually mean php side? A header setting? Try opening a ticket with your host and asking for more details.
