How to change design layout in forums?

We have started up a new forum Forum@Gajeebo :: Index for .NET Web Application Development and Related Issues

Here, we wish to change the design layout. Can any one please suggest how can we change the header and footer and customize it more.

I forgot to mention this forum is PhpBB based platform - as provided by our web hosting.
