automate encode and sell scripts

I have some scripts that I want to sell maybe. I've been searching all day now what the best solution is for automate encoding scripts and sell them (also automatically).
It's easy to find encoders like php lockit and open source webshops like prestashop... but then I still have to encode the script manually and send them to a client. Imagine if I am 2 weeks on holiday.. the client will not be very happy with this...
so what's the best solution to automate link a script to a specific domain, encode it and then sell it.. so that the client immediately can download the encoded file...
