For me, visual basics and html are the easiest programming languages...

Its a funny question ... I don't think you can get a reasonable answer - its all about what you need to do - you specify this first and then you can get the easiest language to do it...

Totaly agree.. the first language i learned was Qbasic when i was 15. It is good enough to cover the basic programming concept such as looing, data types, conditional statement, printing and etc. The basic concept is very important bcoz it is the same for any other language.
