The best tutorials are on codeguru, planetsourcecode, and codeproject. But it really matters what kind of tutorials you need, basic advanced... google them. But check out the afore mentioned sites and enter your seach in there. A lot of good stuff.

Deitel & Deitel books are, and have been my preferred resource and I use them on a weekly basis. The c++ is "C++ How to Program"

Someone asked for compilers, if you are programming on the windows OS, you really just need one of the Microsoft Dev Studios, even an old one will server fairly well for learning.

I think you should read a book on C++ before you go see tutorials. You may know how to do easy stuff with the tutorials but you should learn the concept of object oriented programming if you really want to use C++ properly. Go to a bookstore first. They should have the books suggested above.
