Default link to/from another page

how do I do this?

I've heard of different ways, but one was php include...how can I take content from one of my pages and link it to another?

Try

include "page.html";

That should take that page and include it into your php script

You can also do an include from an external website if you place the whole website URL in the quotes as well.
