Default ASP - get number of records in a table?
Hello,

Are there other way's to get the number of records in a table other then:
PHP Code:

rs.Open "Select * From tablename ",conn, 1, 1
response.write rs.recordcount
%>

How about using sql statement :

select count(*) from table_name
