I'm using ElephantDrive and really like it. No problems at all. I also discovered they have the best user reviews. Here's a good example:

After much googling and a few trials I went with a Perth-based provider called Corporate Backup. They made the software look like it's my product with my logos and stuff all over it. My customers don't know they exist.

I needed to back up files and servers, and my clients explicitly requested to keep their data on relatively local storage (i.e not overseas)

So far so good. I've had a couple of heart stoppers so far, with a 78GB Exchange server crashing and users deleting their own accounting docs, the software pulled it all back no worries.

Makes me look like a hero

Oh hang on... I may have the wrong end of the stick here...
Do you want to use the service to back up your own stuff, or do you have your own IT clients that you want to provide backups to?

It doesn't matter, you can do both. I just thought you were looking for something to re-sell as your own service like I did

That'll teach me to jump to conclusions

So far, the best backup solution I have found is the R1Soft's CDP software also known as continuous data protection solution. Since, most of the web hosting companies are using it to offer data protection and backup solution, It is a recommended solution for individuals as well as for enterprises.

I am using CrashPlan+. It's fantastic especially for Mac users. Problem I found with others is they did not backup the resource forks on Mac files. CP+ isn't perfect, the GUI app can be a bit slow because its all on Java, but it works on Mac, Windows and Linux so I suppose that's the trade off. I love it though.
