I tried Mozy and Carbonite, and chose Mozy.

The thing I didn't like about Carbonite is that if you rename a directory carbonite will follow the rename. This caused problems with my backup rotation script that renamed /backup/today to backup/daily1. After the script ran it would backup daily1 instead of today.

Also make sure to get MozyPro instead of MozyHome. MozyHome will not backup unless you are logged in, which is obviously unacceptable for servers.

Well, I am not using web host, but i heard that Hostmaster have a very good services. The problem is, they take time or it takes long for them to setup your site, but after that everything is okay.

In this economy - your data is the lifeline of your business. Therefore, it is not an aspect of your business that should be reviewed for budget cuts ... in fact, it should be one of your highest investments. Cheap is not always cost effective and when it comes to restoring your data, you need high levels of support and expertise.

I was keeping a good track of this thread and recently been offered this from Offsite Data Backup & Recovery for Servers, PCs and Macs seems pretty good its on the ATTIX5 platform and seems to work. I always prefer to have a local backup aswell but this seems to work brilliantly and is good at doing servers with its system state backup and exchange backup which backs up the individual mail boxs which is brilliant for recovery of just one.

Really recommend it, any similar ones im happy to try
