Pretty interesting, their USP is that they post you a external hard drive for you to back up all your files and then send it to them. The initial backup takes agoes, and upload speed is like 8 times slower than download. so it makes sense to send a physical snapshot.

ALthough I personally think it would be better if users could just mail DVD-R discs to the company, and the company reimburse you.
