Hi.. Basically the more you ue the drive the greater chance there is that the computer will write over the old "deleted files", files don't actually get vanished.. This Forum site is good..

yea back is must for future use.If accidentally one's data files are corrupted or destroyed then backup facility help us to recover it and save our hours hard work..so everyone must have all backup.
