Working long hours on computer leads to feeling of having exhausted and lacking energy at the end of the day. The lack of energy leads to lack of concentration. The lack of concentration leads to unfocussed effort. The unfocussed effort leads to wandering away from the actual work and instead spend time on surfing the internet, checking emails, seeing stock market, reading news, participating in unnecessary forums and discussion,.

You should take some measures to make them achieve the balance between working and relaxing so that they can have good working efficenicy in high spirit to work for you. besh wishes.

Backup My Info!'s mission statement is to "alleviate the stress and pains associated with backing up data". They do this for small-med sized businesses by assigning a dedicated engineer to their backups ... that engineer is senior level, and monitors the backups daily. That way small businesses can focus on their day and not the backup. If you're looking for stress relief, this is a great start!

Whoa! This post captured my attention. I am currently working in a company here in California. I always in front with my computer. Your right, working in a computer for so many hours leads me to be unfocused and lack of concentration. I hope that the company where I am working will noticed the anxiety we feel. We need to relax some time.

I agree with everyone here. Stress is part of our daily lives. No matter what work you are encountering in a company, it's always stressful. They need to manage their employee's time in order to reduce stress.

A good friend of mine said that my hd signal relied upon exactly how good my digital cable television transmission was. I've purchased a comcast cable offer that bundles my broadband internet and digital cable tv with HD channels with each other. My picture appears fantastic, i really don't believe that it could be much better. On the other hand does somebody know if there is any reality to what my mate claims.

i totally agree with u " jodysmith " employee must be give some tym of office hrs to access the networking site will automatically be relaxed and feel fresh

Stress results from unbalanced life and work is a need. Employees should learn how to deal with it properly. Just make sure that you just ask your employees what is legal-an 8 hours work is good enough. Overtime work should not be on a daily basis because this will turn into unproductive hours because of to much stress.
