Mozy is great for online backup. No problems or crashes like you explained. Maybe try switching to mozy, i've never heard of your service... =/

Acronis does a good job and so does Ghost. Others like Paragon which has many functions but comparatively complex.
I used one user-friendly tools as well, todo backup.
It also can provide advanced backup scheduler and one-click to recover system to dissimilar hardware, incremental backup, differential backup, Backup to tape for 2003/2008/2005 servers.
