Re: BackUpAgent
I'm sorry, I haven't been following up recently and I've read this just now.
We have changed to the new IASO pricing model, which is based on a single price per GB/used storage per month, without any additional costs. This saves us a lot, after comparing it to our setup from years ago. Up to date, there has not been 1 provider who is as scalable as IASO. We have roughly 20TB in the backup and we replicate this storage server to a secondary location. This is not doable with any other provider, especially not with BackupAgent mentioned in the previous posts. (tested recently, a few weeks back, since we do monitor the other parties to stay on top of the market). We provide the service to our customers and we really need a good and stable setup. Neither Ahsay nor Backupagent (which we checked out) can perform this way. Too many files on the storage server and an inefficient way of finding the changes are the cause of this. They both have over 200 times more files in the storage filesystem then our current system running IASO 2011.
