I have researched but not tried Carbonite. I know that they are always advertising this service on the radio.

I thnk that Carbonite has very similar product offerings to Mozzy. Not sure which is better. I went with iBackup, a little more expensive but a better service and quicker file restores.

Carbonite does have its share of fans/users here, but so does Mozy and some of the other popular brands.

Carbonite exposes ALL your files which are private / not shared to all users via the Carbonite Backup Folder and they cannot offer any solution to this. I am running Vista SP1 and all Carbonite could advise me was to contact Microsoft at 46 uk pounds a throw!!! This is a terrible design fault which Carbonite have not dealt with. They are not taking responsibility for undermining Windows security.

I've tried several online backup solutions and the one I prefer for my personal files is SteekUp.
