Default Problem with docoom online backup registration

Hello,

I've some problem to log in my docoom acount from its website or from my antivirus software which has allowed me to get a docoom acount and also a 2 GB free mouth of the service. Yesterday, I restor completly my computer. Befor doing it, I've saved my important files on my docoom backup session. But after restor my PC and re-install it, I've installed again docoom application. And then, when I try to open my session and try to restor all my file saved, I can't make it! It's written that I my session expired and then I must to try again later (this message appeared when I try from the docoom website) or something that the server could not be reach or think like that (when I try to log in from my computer to log in). I'm affraid, 1 or 2 mouths ago I've sold 10GB on docoom for more space... Can you help me?

Excuse my English, I'm French speaker. Thanks!
