Hi,
Recently i developed my first website and i want to know how to attract traffic and how to get PR.
Although i have few backlinks from High PR sites.
That also do not increas my PR.
So advice me what to do to increase traffic and PR.

Hi mili,

Try to get at least 4 to 8 - PR 5 incoming links going to your website! If you've a PR of 0 and no other 0 inbound links coming in, your Google PR will automatically shoot up to PR 4 or 5 during the very next Google PR update but it can take up to 3 months!

Of course google likes alot of inbound links for PR and it is an important ingredient to boost your search engine rankings with google and others.

Keep in mind that Yahoo and other engines could care less about your google PR.

Why focus on your PR? PR is just the calculations of your IBL, google updates its algo and now it doesnt focus much on your PR, try to link in related sites. the more sites that llinked to you that has the same theme as yours, the google gives more points in your Rank

IMO, you've missed the first and easiest step to increasing traffic, you don't have your site in your signature. If you wish to increase traffic, get your site in your sig on each and every forum you frequent.
