how did you get it started?
what are your stats like?
how do you make most of your money??? ad sense??

I run a gaming community feel free to look at my signature for the link, we are not in it for profit more for respect and personal enjoyment but if we get enough people to donate then that is great less for us to pay!

not running a "profitable" community, but have you tried yahoo? It's along the same lines of adsense but appearently with better payouts...

Some of us are limited by where we reside.

Google is ok, it can be implemented and still the site can look good.
