Here are a few things that I do:

Sign up for survey sites, ones that actually pay
PTC and PTR or paid to sign up sites
Sell graphics (on mbs, or when I get my site up and have a content for that)
Do stuff for people, install wordpress etc.
Paid to Post

What survey sites actually pay?
Because most just pay a few dollars and transferring a few dollars is quite uneconomical if over paypal.

Surveyclub, I never heard of any survey sites that don't? People always say those are scams and they never paid but mostly they do.. theres a lot more, try to look on sites that show top PTR or Survey Sites and they will show you ones that are good.

I do survey's for Pinecone. They pay $5 a survey and sometimes free goodies to boot! They take about 15 minutes.

Also about paypal, did you downgrade your account? If you downgrade, there are no fees. Paypal takes nothing out of my account.
