ive known a forum like that but ive forgot the name and url, they give random domains, but almost .info domains.

Ive stop posting there coz there has been a change in management and they stop the give aways coz some members are there just for the give aways and not the information that the forum can offer.

Thats a great way of attracting members, the simplest is graphics.. A set or something.

I use to give away a couple random items that I would ship out to them via snailmail, but after I discontinued my site, I haven't had one since.

I'm trying to giveaway travel/gift certificates on my site and I haven't given much thought to how i'm going to implement it.

Any free contest scripts? I need something that will interact with a mySQL database and retrieve a random winner.

I would check HotScripts.com for any scripts you may need. Some are free, however most you have to purchase.

Well, my giveaway is posted. I don't know if this counts as illegal, but its a completely free to enter giveaway, so I think its fine if I post it here so you guys can look at it.
