I forgot my user password

I have created a username & password so I do not screw something up running as root all the time. I created this username over two weeks ago and now don't remember what password I used. How can I change my user 'testdummy' password?

there is of course other ways like Serial Cable connection on single user mode, or the convential black hat methods Mwa hahahaha!!
