There are a lot of different companies offering backup plans, selling highly expensive tape drives and all... Tens of thousands of dollars!

Why not purchase a 400GB USB drive, mount it and make it backup your stuff?
Scared of losing data due to lost? Buy 2 or maybe even 3 Its still 10 times cheaper than those expensive tape libraries

Anyone could add-on to the pros and cons?

Professionalism, skill and expertise and also don't forget insurance If they lost your data you can sue
but of course your data is more important right?
And not all companies or "companies" just look good on the outside and actually are not at all....

Better check their track records.

Well if you are looking to save money then use the first suggestion, but sometimes the professionals are best left top this instead of some half tech half not knowing anything sort fo person.
( Of course make sure they are really the professionals! And not some kid behind a screen )
