Default Should I upgrade to PHP5 now

Should I upgrade to PHP5 yet or wait a while? I read that upgrading to PHP5 will not install the required libraries for mysql you have to install them manually. Anyone had this experience yet? I am on a RH9 setup with php 4.3.11

thanks in advance

Why bother to upgrade when its still working fine? I know that a lot of apps don't really support php5 so it could screw up your box if you did....
