The list of the UK's 50 best workplaces was published in the Financial Times this month, and it seems the only webhosting company in this list is Rackspace. I wonder if this has anything to do with the cost of their hosting solutions, i.e. they can afford to pay their staff more, or perhaps it is more of a fun place to work? Anyway, the Great Place to Work website carries the complete list.

It's great that a hosting company makes the list! It's pretty competitive if you look at the firms that made it.

From what I know the company's philosophy is still fanatical support, so they treat customers well and it follows they treat their employees well, so it must translate to a great work environment...that and a few other things.
