I heard about that on the news. America isn't even that into footy. Why would they spend so much money on one player? I know, marketing. Smart on the Galaxies part. They'll make all of it back by endorsing Beck. Coby will still be numver one though.

i think that they are trying to boost the sport over here in the states, seeing as how baseball and hockey popularity seems to be dying out, the sports industry needs to go to the up and coming games in the states to make money.
