Just trying to gauge interest here...who's on board with the new iPhone?
Does anybody care about Cisco Systems suing Apple over the iPhone name...any thoughts?

I will probably get one, maybe the second or third version. Once the bugs are worked out and the design is a lot better.

yea i am v interested - but apple like to release products with MAXIMUM BUGS lol ie. NANO!

but more than that i am interested to see where the concept of an all in one smart card etc can go...

I've heard that there are better, similar products which run linux out there. Digg.com for the win

It DOES cost a lot of money. I dont think I will be getting one, as to me its just not worth it. Why not get a PS3/Xbox 360/Wii with a little more money

I've heard about these at pretty much every forum I go to. I won't be getting one. It's a waste of money. I just don't want one. I only keep myself updated on Sidekicks.

We here in Canada have to wait a while anyway...last I've heard it may be June in the US and September in Canada. There are a few companies bidding for carrier rights, Rogers is the front runner so far. I'll be checking in again as the time gets closer to see if I should pull the trigger on the iPhone, but I'm definitely on the bandwagon.

I think most likely i will buy the iphone. Though it kinda depends, i mean, 600 bucks for 8 gigabytes of memory and a touch screen...Cmon apple, lets be real here.

It isn't exactly a new idea with all of the internet capable mp3 playing phones on the market. Apple are still trading on a reputation they got years ago which is quite frankly not true any more, but if they manage to trick a whole bunch of people into thinking a phone is going to get them laid then good luck to them.
