What do you guys think are my chances of getting a PS3 on Nov 17. Im thinking of waking up early that morning and waiting in of walmart to get me one.

Im no thinking on keeping the system, im hoping to make a couple of bucks of ebay.

I am calling everybody in my town, and I cant seem to get a direct answer... but from the sound of it, very limited supply of PS3's. I guess im camping out outside of the store.

People go to the extreme for Game consoles I see! lol, just wait 5-6 months for them to make more and they will sell cheaper

Yeah well, im only looking to make some money off, of selling the PS3 on ebay.. I have a long night, thursday night.

I believe the US will not receive a whole lot of PS3s in the first shipment. Much like the Xbox 360, you will have to wait several months to get the damn thing, unless you preordered. And please, for the love of God, do not buy one off Ebay lol.

Also, Im betting that the price of the Xbox 360 will come down about $100 to combat the release of not only the PS3, but also the Nintendo Wii

Hmm, even so I would be careful. I heard rumors that Sony plans to sue people who put PS3s up on Ebay.

I don't mean to attack you, but how could they? You bought the console, unless they had a slip in the box or something that had something legal on it saying you can't sell on ebay.. Who knows though!

thats too much work for me, im waiting for a while and hoping the price comes down some. plus i remember when the first ps2 came out, some of them had problems
