There's a few of these sites available; can't think of the URL's at the moment though. It's not a bad idea but as babymama728 suggests, it's very unorganized and with the no pixel limit, your link will not be noticed by the masses unless you join in the multiple pixel race..

But with all ventures, more power to him if he makes the money..

it serve as an advertisement in the homepage of a PR 7 site, its a give pr boost in your pr also..

I know that Google calculates link backs as per how many are going out.. 1 million pixels could mean 1 million out going and that could make a PR7 site almost useless.

nope..in the forrmula of pr transfer, the out going links is not included
what you mean is the outgoing links is in function in determining your PR
