Over work? Drugs? Who knows.
Maybe an internal injury from a pervious match.

I reckon he overworked too much, and the steriods got the better of him, maybe i dunno.. He was a pretty good wrestler, just a shame that he died, i hope his family recover cos i really feel sad for them.
