Default Your Favourite Program?

Hey guys, whats your most favourite program out there that you would want to buy, now ofcourse don't all go saying Photoshop

Well mine is Cinema 4D or 3D Studio Max, they are one of the best 3d modelling programs ever.

GIMP is a good freeware programming tool.
While Fireworks MX is good for starters because of the simplicity.

I heard that version 8 has got more features but the learning curve is quite steep...

I actually prefer to use Paint Shop Pro. That is the program I used when I first started web design so that happens to be the program I am most comfortable with. I have used Photoshop in the past though.

I was going to say the same thing. I have always used paint shop pro since I started and I feel more comfortable with it all and all, i've used photoshop before and I can do it quite well but psp has always been there.

I also have both paint shop pro and photoshop cs2. I've used psp for years now and really feel comfortable with it. If I'm in a hurry, I use psp..if I want to play around with a photo, I give photoshop a try. I like that the newer versions of psp have a vector program.

If money were no object I'd get Adobe's video editor, that would be so fun to play around with.

I'm sorry, but Photoshop is the only site design problem than I use. In addition to other Adobe products. If there's anything better than Photoshop, please let me know.

I'd love to get Apple's new photography program for the Mac, however it's almost as expensive as Photoshop, and I have no real need for it.

I'd have said Photoshop, but you said not to all say it

What is Apple's new photo program called? I'm surprised that I haven't heard much about it. how similar will it be to Photoshop? If it's basically the same product, I hope they at least drop the prices a little
