Temporary Folder

I didn't know where this go so I posted it here.. if this is the wrong place, please move it and I am really sorry.

Ok, well everytime I download something, it doesn't let me choose where to save it, it automaticly goes to my Temporary Folder, NOT THE TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES one.. I can't find it, i try everyway, looking for it, searching, everything I can think of.

Does anyone know a way of fixing this or
do you know how to switch the download location? Thanks..

Right click -> Save As
That should do the trick.

no, like when you download set of brushes.. you can't do that, it only saves the image.
