How old were you when you first became interested in Site Design and Web Authoring? Where did you think you would go with your interests?
I was 14 years old when I first fell in love with the craft. I always thought that I would have my dream job using the craft. Now, it's hard to decide what I want to do with my talents. hehe
Yes, it's almost depressing. Some people go to school for Site design, and you'll have kids that are 12 or 13 that are performing just as well, if not better.
It's never too late to start learning. All it takes is focus. As long as you work a bit daily, then you should be fine. The key is to continue reading, and learning.
I started last year, I was 13. While I'm still quite a novice and have no Photoshop (too expensive) I really like webdesign and managed to get 100% in my web design class this term. I was helping the teacher, and I'm starting grade 10 early (I'm in grade 9 now).
That's really good. It seems as though you're heading down the right path. It isn't too hard to learn the photoshop basics. once you get the money, you'll pick up fast because it seems as though you're a quick learner anyway.
I hope so. I actually have enough money to buy CS2 this instant, cash, however that money's from over a year of saving up for a PowerBook. I'd like to get the PowerBook, then photoshop for the Mac.. Anywho, thanks for the comment
Yeahya, you should get the computer if that is what you've been saving up for. Don't fall into the impulse buying type of thing. LOL You would never buy the computer then.
