Well I guess it is a good thing the rebuilding process did not begin this week. It appears that hurricane Rita will be dampening the area even more. I guess it shows how wastefull we can be with our money. With millions going into helping people and probably billions to rebuild the city thousands of people can't wait to get back below sea level and rebuild. go figure
