Maybe for now, I consider Michael Phelps as the greatest Olympian because he dominated his opponent at swimming category and before he compete, I think I heard him promising that he was planning get 8 GOLD MEDALS. He was so sure about getting GOLDS because he knows that he has that unique inborn skill/talent of a great swimmer.
