when I place a combo box in my webpage, it is overlapping on my menu which has been designed using div.

I have already used Z-index to solve this problem but I could n't.

I have also used Inline frame to resolve this issue but when I made my iframe background transparent , problem has araised again. Can you provide me some sample to get the solution on this issue.


Note : This problem is only in IE 6.0 not in Mozilla /FF/ IE 7.0


Looking forward for the customizable solutions, not with any menu maker tools Like xara, sothink etc.,

can you send a sample of the code or a link, or a pic of it, cause what you are describing could be a variety of differnet things.

For combobox, it might be better to try the code for COMBOBOX in HTML : Editable DropDown Listbox with any one select option as Editable (like a textbox ) and the rest as readonly.
