Exclamation Need help with a frame for my site

Hey,
I own and operate a site. WarezSurf.Info

I wanted to put a frame so once someone clicks a download link this shows up on the new page in the top.

http://warezsurf.info/frame.php

An example of this is Download: FlashFXP v3.4.1.1154

I just can't figure out how to do it.

Please post with help.
Also If someone helps me do it I can offer $10 via paypal

Thanks,
Josh

You will need three pages one for the top frame and one for the bottom. The Third frame will hold this code.

<FRAMESET border="0" frameSpacing="0" rows="44,*" frameBorder="no">
<FRAME name="topFrame" src="YOURTOPFRAME.html" noResize scrolling="no">
<FRAME name="mainFrame" src="YOURBOTTOMFRAME.html">
</FRAMESET>

Hope this is what you mean.
