I have been fussing with this website for a while.

It reads a few pixels too much in firefox, and much more off in internet explorer.

Im trying to do it closer to the current site Lusori Construction Serving Maryland/Virginia and Washington D.C. for 20 years

but the page I am refering is
Untitled Document

clicking on services should bring up the example.

The footer is too far off the content, and I cant seem to get it right!!

I can provide the css. But anyone know what im doing wrong?

I don't believe your html for the link you are showing is correct. You take a look at your page source by right clicking on the page and picking up 'View Source'.
