Default I have some problems with javascript

Hi I'm new in javascript and I'm trying to make a link pop up but everytime I put the code it says that the path or internet address can't be find and when I put the correct address or path it says the same I'm using the program "webmaster tools-black label edition II" here's the code

HA i fixed it I putted some info wrong and that was causing a problem, I do have a question what's the difference between javascript and Java?

I prefer browsing with Javascript turned off. It's the principle of keeping things simple. It is always possible to convey the same information in a simpler way.

Just because fancy tools are there, doesn't mean they have to be used.

Javascript is the webbased verion of java so to speak, with javascript you write clientside scripts, with java you write applets.
