To create html file open notepad and write code in it and save as a .html or .htm file. Then open it into the explorer. If you know about the structure of all tag then it is very easy to write code in html.

go to w3schools.com and click on "Learn HTML". It's easy

Hi friend, well you can start with the book name "complete reference HTML ". Its very nice and you can can understand all the basics.
