Like free graphics, templates and etc for registered members only
That way there is more incentive to sign up.

Yeah that's a great resource, just watch the copyrights and things associated with the templates

Not sure about where to find others, theres a lot of junk associated with the word "free" but I'll keep my eyes open for you.
