This combines CSS and PHP I guess. I use Wordpress to take care of my skins. Anyone knows other ways of skinning? What are the advantages or disadvantages? Was it easy to implent?

The Wordpress themes seem to be harder to customize than some other CMS's. I've heard it was easy, while some people say its hard. I think it'll be really hard if you don't know PHP. Since I don't know PHP, I really couldn't figure out the Wordpress themes.

I have used 'skincrafter' It has made some of my develpoment work kind of a template driven operation. It's a fairly nice tool.

I used also skincrafter.It is good for all type of programmer you are.Whether your a newbie or an expert.Try it if you dont like then change to another one.LOL

WordPress is easy and there are tons of nice people on the WP boards to help along with a very indepth codex side of things that explains how to do different things. I <3 WP and have built several sites with it. Plus adding new themes and plugins to do different things is also another huge plus. So that's why I suggest
