OK guys I am currently working on a site & I am looking for a way to pull information from other sites to cut down on the manual entering of scores.

I'm just tring to get it more automated.

Maybe you are looking for rss feeds. You can get news feeds from espn here -> http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?page=rssinfo

I am not sure if you can get multiple feeds for things like college and pro scores. Please post back if you find a solution not offered here in a following post.
