Does anyone know how to save data from an input form to a file? Do I need to something other then html? How do you make the form write to a file?

hey there,,

You would benefit from a php or perl script for this. What are you using now? A mailto script or something? I do not think you can get this from html alone, but maybe someone else knows otherwise.

i do not think html alone can do it since html is not a programming language...
Well for sure like ez2c said a server side language like php perl etc... can do the job.
But i m wondering about Javascript? can javascript do it ?
